luxury holiday villa, situated on Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club has a south facing view of the second fairway and
green from the pool area.The Orlando area of Florida is the home of the Magic Kingdom and the magic of Disney. The villa
is close to all Magic Kingdom parks. Our luxury holiday villa has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and will easily sleep 6 people.
The holiday home has a south facing private pool,which can be heated if required the pool area enjoys the florida sunlight
for most of the day. The villa has been decorated to a high standard throughout and is fully air-conditioned to help you
enjoy your vacation. The living area of the Villa comprises of an open plan lounge, diner and kitchen. The kitchen and
lounge are fully equipped for all your holiday needs. The kitchen comprises of cooker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer with
icemaker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit. The home is also equipped with a large washing machine and tumble drier
for your convenience, along with iron and ironing board, which are kept, within the garage area. The holiday villa has 2
double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and both have cable television. The third bedroom is a twin room, which is
also fitted with a cable television. All bedrooms have ample storage space. There is also a pull down double sofa bed in the
lounge area of the villa that can sleep further 2 guests. The villa has a heated outdoor pool, with beautiful views over the
2nd fairway where you can relax and watch the golf while enjoying the comfort of south facing pool. The en-suite bathroom
is situated in the master bedroom comprising WC, with washbasin and a bath/shower over. Bathroom 2 is identical in every
way and is situated across from bedrooms 2 and 3 giving easy access to all guests. The living room area comprises of an
open plan lounge, diner and kitchen. The kitchen and lounge are fully equipped for all your needs. In the lounge there are 2
sofas including a pull down double sofa bed, television with cable and DVD player. All towels and linen are provided and a
maid service can be arranged during the stay at an additional cost. All cleaning of the villa is done on the departure of the
guests. Check in to the Villa is at 4pm and check out is at 10am unless by prior agreement. This is to allow for the villa to
be fully cleaned prior to arrival of the guests. Heated pool costs approx $15 per day 8am - 8pm paid locally or before
arrival. The Villa is on one level with a front garden and driveway leading to the garage. There is one small step at the main
door Giving easy access to the property there are no steps on the garden path from driveway to front door. The pool is
fitted with a childproof safety net and the patio doors are also fitted with a security bar and door alarm. The Disney theme
parks are 20 minutes by car from the villa while Islands of Adventure are about 35 minutes away. Tampa and the beaches
of the Gulf Coast are about 1 hr away by car. One of the biggest attractions of the Southern Dunes area of Orlando Florida
